Berlin Center for Advanced Therapies (BeCAT) at the Charité - Novel drugs and innovative therapeutic approaches in Regenerative Medicine, Hematology and Oncology

The Berlin Center for Advanced Therapies (Berliner Zentrum für fortgeschrittene Therapien, abbr. BeCAT) is pursuing a new research concept for the development and application of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) in a state-of-the-art research structure at the Charité Campus Virchow-Klinikum.
The new building to be erected to implement the concept will receive over 29,000,000.00 Euro in funding from the federal government and the state of Berlin as part of the program for research buildings at universities (§ 91b GG). Completion is planned by the end of 2022.
