Event for expert public only

Shifting from treating symptoms to curing chronic diseases by making the transformative promise of Advanced Therapies a reality for the benefit of patients – this is the vision of the international project RESTORE Health by Advanced Therapies to be discussed during the 1st Advanced Therapies Science Meeting.

Under the auspices of the RESTORE-project, BIH Center for Regenerative Therapies (BCRT) and Berlin Center for Advanced Therapies (BeCAT) are organizing the "1st Advanced Therapies Science Meeting" from 25th to 26th November 2019 in Berlin.
International experts from academia, patient organizations and industry will explore the latest highlights and discuss the most pressing challenges within the field of Advanced Therapies: from foundational research and pre-clinical models to manufacturing technologies and clinical implementation.
Eminent keynote speakers from Europe and the United States will consider the research challenges slowing the development of curative treatments and identify roadblocks facing the wider adaptation of Advanced Therapies in clinical routines.

Come and join the discussion on ''living drugs'', the disruptive innovation and promise of curative therapies, which challenges the tried and tested paradigms of modern drug development, clinical implementation and collaboration across disciplines.
Help review and consider the Advanced Therapies Roadmap 2030, charting the course of development for the next decade and paving the way to achieve a new integrative and curative pan-European ecosystem.

Abstract submission is open until 24 July 2019, REGISTRATION until 30 September 2019.
